“Picking only 3 attributes to describe Gena was a difficult task for me. Every single attribute on there describes Gena and her working habits. The Three attributes that I ended up picking were: Personable: When I first met Gena, I couldn't believe that she was a mortgage broker. Of all the "nightmares" that I heard about Mortgage brokers, I did not get that sense from her. She made me feel comfortable right away and I knew I didn't have to watch my back. Expert: Gena answered every question I had....and there were a lot, considering I was a first time home buyer. She sent me profiles and paperwork to read.
